OUR COMPLETION AREA

In our completion area, all incoming components are subjected to rigorous quality control prior to being used in a customer’s application.
The systems are then mechanically completed, electrically connected and all functions tested.
Immediately before delivery, the entire system is rechecked and subjected to a pressure test of at least 2 hours following a zero-tolerance policy on any test deviations.
All test results are retained and stored following document control and retention standards and protocols. Finally, we ensure that the system is then safely and securely packed with all the necessary documentation in both digital and paper form, ready for shipment to our customers.
